Monday, 9th : Meet2Meet & Swiss Night
Meet2Meet: Join us for a cosy, winter-warm Monday morning that will help you ease into university life with a smile! Get to know your new peers while enjoying fun games, snacks, and drinks. It’s the perfect chance to unwind, connect, and create those first memories of your new adventure. We can’t wait to meet you!
SwissNight: Come experience Switzerland without climbing a single mountain! Let the irresistible smell of melting cheese guide you straight into our traditional Swiss Night. We’ll prepare the iconic Swiss (!!! NOT French !!!) dish: Raclette! Guaranteed to warm you from the inside out. Raise a glass of wine and give your most confident sommelier nod, then put your Swiss knowledge to the test in our legendary Kahoot showdown, where pride, glory, and maybe even chocolate are on the line. Live like a Swiss for one unforgettable (smelly) evening!
Tuesday, 10th : Tour&Connect & International Dinner
Tour&Connect: Get ready! Tour&Connect is all about discovering your campus and meeting new people in a relaxed, fun way. Along the way, you’ll take part in small challenges and friendly games that make it easy to chat, connect, and work as a team. You’ll also find a few snack and drink stops to keep the energy up. Bring your energy and your sense of adventure – this is the moment of the week when you’ll get the chance to take your very first steps across the place you’ll be studying for the whole semester.
International Dinner: Dive in a world of flavors while connecting with other students at the International Dinner! This event celebrates all cultures and you are invited to bring yours in the form of a traditional dish of your homeland, so time to get cooking (grandma’s recipe or store-bought – we won’t tell!). After this grand tasting experience, the dinner will give way to a karaoke party with thematic cocktails from all around the world!
Wednesday, 11th : Lavaux Wine Tasting & Party
Lavaux Wine Tasting: Could you think of a better afternoon than walking through the stunning Lavaux, basking in the beauty of its UNESCO World Heritage site, and indulging in a wine tasting experience? Join us on this extraordinary journey where you'll have the opportunity to savor exquisite local wines, expertly guided by the domain’s winemaker. As you walk through Lavaux and visit two winemakers, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, making the experience even more memorable.
Hogwarts Party: Your letter has finally arrived (10 years late) and you’re finally invited to enjoy a party at the Hogwarts Wizarding School. Get ready for a crazy magical night! Thursday, 12th : Lausanne City Quest & Pub&Club Night
Lausanne City Quest: Forget the boring tourist guides and get ready for an afternoon of adventure with the Lausanne City Quest! Teams will navigate through the city completing fun and surprising challenges to earn points, all while discovering Lausanne’s coolest spots and must-see landmarks. The quest ends with a chill apéro, prize ceremony, and plenty of time to meet new people. A perfect mix of exploration, teamwork, and good vibes – don’t miss it!

By night, the chalet comes alive with two unforgettable Silent Parties – three music channels, endless vibes, and the freedom to dance to your own rhythm. The themed nights will set the mood, so bring your best outfits and fully immerse yourself in the experience, the themes are to be announced!
