Ahoy, Aar adventurers!
Taking the scenic route from Thun to Bern, floating straight down the Aar, is a classic Swiss summer activity, and we’re here to experience it properly! It is a very chill activity on boats of 6 so we’ll spend the day relaxing on the river, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and, of course, getting at least a little wet along the way. We’ll also take a lunch break on the banks of the Aare, so bring a picnic and enjoy some time in the sun.
Since we’ll be spending some time in the water, you should be a confident swimmer and comfortable swimming in open water. Life jackets will be provided, so no need to worry about those!
Bring your swimsuit, a picnic, and most importantly, some good vibes. If you have one, please bring a dry bag for your valuables. Otherwise, a plastic bag will do the job too. We’ll have one dry bag per boat, but it might not be enough for everyone’s belongings.

✦ TICKET REFUND:
Tickets are non-refundable by default. We reserve the sole right to decide whether a refund may be granted, in particular in the event of a cancellation or a significant modification of the event. No refund may be claimed in case of change of mind, absence, illness, personal impediment, or for any other reason. Likewise, no transfer of payment or ticket to another event will be permitted.
You can, however, resell your ticket to someone else. To do so, follow the steps below.

If you bought a spot for an event and want to resell it, please follow these steps:
1. Find a buyer
2. Make sure this person has the same transportation passes as you (if transportation is included in the event) and ESN pass as you.
3. Make the transaction (we advise you to do so on the Orbi platform directly so we can refund them in case of an event cancellation).
