Give yourself the perfect start-of-semester reset and come enjoy a simple, energising cycle: warm up in the sauna, step into the cold lake when it gets too hot, breathe, reset… and start again. It’s an easy way to relax, clear your mind, and share a unique moment with other students.

✦ TICKET REFUND:
Tickets are non-refundable by default. We reserve the sole right to decide whether a refund may be granted, in particular in the event of a cancellation or a significant modification of the event. No refund may be claimed in case of change of mind, absence, illness, personal impediment, or for any other reason. Likewise, no transfer of payment or ticket to another event will be permitted.
You can, however, resell your ticket to someone else. To do so, follow the steps below.
