Hi everyone!
Ready to heat up and cool down? Join us for a pure Nordic-style experience mixing sauna warmth and the refreshing shock of Lac Léman!
Leave your assignments aside and come enjoy a simple, energising cycle: warm up in the sauna, step into the cold lake when it gets too hot, breathe, reset… and start again. It’s an easy way to relax, clear your mind, and share a unique moment with other students.
No experience needed, just bring your swimsuit, a towel, and the motivation to try something new. We take care of the rest.
Your beloved ESN committee
