Is there any better way to get into the festive mood than visiting one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Switzerland? For our next adventure, we are taking you to the breathtaking lakeside promenade of Montreux Noël!
Imagine sipping on hot mulled wine (or tea!) while walking along the shores of Lake Geneva, surrounded by the snow-capped Alps. We will dive into a world of magic with over 150 illuminated artisan merchants offering local crafts, Swiss culinary specialties (Raclette, anyone?), and unique gift ideas.
But Montreux offers more than just shopping! The market is famous for its magical atmosphere, featuring La Grande Roue (The Ferris Wheel) where you can choose to gaze at the sparkling lights from above. And keep your eyes on the sky for a show you can’t see anywhere else: Le Père Noël Volant! Watching Santa Claus fly his sleigh high over the lake is a Montreux tradition you surely don't want to miss!
