Dear hiker friends,
On September 23 , you'll have the chance to go hiking and enjoy a view of one of the biggest Glaciers in Europe! ESN Lausanne is taking you to the Valais to enjoy a hike near Fiescheralp with an amazing view of the Aletsch Glacier. Don't forget your best hiking shoes, a warm jacket and join us to discover these amazing landscapes.
✧ The hike : it’s about 13 km, with an elevation of 650 m and takes about 4 hours. Be sure to be comfortable with these conditions! Note that we will walk around the glacier and not on it!
We will hike for a couple of hours and then stop for a picnic lunch with a view on the glacier! Then we will go down to Riederalp where we will have snacks and drinks before taking the train back to Lausanne. We will be in Lausanne main station around 9 pm.
Don’t forget to bring your hiking shoes, lunch, dinner, some snacks, water and dress up appropriately because it will be cold up there.

Price includes transportation to/from fiescheralp and back to Lausanne (includes train and funicular). And snack and drinks at the end of the hike.
