It will open on Wednesday, December 12th, at 12pm and will close on Monday, December 17th, at 10pm. However, it will close earlier if all the places have been taken!
2) Once you get the confirmation email
For EPFL students: you can come to pay at Agepoly’s office on the Esplanade at EPFL from thursday 13/12 to Monday 17/12 between 12pm and 1pm. Find us here: https://plan.epfl.ch/?room=%3DME+C1+398.1
For UNIL students: you can pay at our office in the Anthropole (1128.1) from thursday 13/12 to Monday 17/11 between 12pm and 1pm.
For CHUV students: you can pay at the AEML (08.500) on Thursday 13th and tuesday 18th of December between 12.15pm and 1pm.
For HEP students: after having filled the form, please send an email to cellule.culture@unil.esn.ch
Dear Exchange student,
Living in Switzerland without having eaten Fondue? Impossible! So as it is getting cold outside...It is finally the perfect fondue time! It will especially be the opportunity to learn how to make a fondue, with your lovely ESN committee.
To add magic to the night, we also propose a secret santa !! If you like offering and receiving present, find one of 5-10 chf. You will know the person you give your present for during the dinner. Of course, this is not an obligation.

Les inscriptions ouvriront le mercredi 11 décembre à 12h et fermeront le lundi 17 décembre à 10h. Néanmoins, si toutes les places ont été remplies, elles fermeront avant.

Etudier en Suisse sans manger de fondue ? Impossible ! et comme l’hiver arrive... C’est le moment parfait pour une bonne soirée fondue ! Ce sera l’opportunité pour apprendre à faire une fondue avec ton comité ESN adoré.
Pour ajouter un peu de magie à la soirée, nous organisons un Secret Santa. Si tu aimes faire et recevoir des cadeaux, trouves en un d’environ 5-10 chf. Vous saurez durant le dîner pour qui est votre cadeau et vous recevrez à votre tour un cadeau. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas obligatoire.
