Swiss National Football Team - UEFA Nations League

Hike in Les Diablerets + Raclette

Where: Les Diablerets

Les Diablerets offers you to book a raclette bag for a full day, containing raclette cheese, sausage, bread and beer from the Brasserie des Diablerets. You can collect it at their Tourist Office and set off on an adventure on one of their proposed trails.

Canyoning 

Where: Hongrin gorges, Col des Mosses region

Canyoning is a type of mountaineering that involves traveling in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include other outdoor activities such as walking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling (rappelling) and swimming.

Supervised by a guide and accessible to beginners, no need to be a good swimmer.

Caving (aka spelunking or potholing)

Caving is a recreational pastime of exploring wild cave systems. 

Leysin is the first spot in Switzerland where an underground course includes a zip line and a via corda underground. This is a unique opportunity to trek down to -650 m for physically fit amateurs.

A skiing pass (for the winter season) and a hiking pass (for summer season) in different ski resorts. It gives access to cable cars (for winter and summer season) and access to the ski slopes (during winter) in the French part of Switzerland.

Cross-country skiing daily pass

You might have to pay an extra cost in some resorts to take the cable car up to the slopes.

 

Romandie cross-country skiing

This platform will give you all the general information about the cross-country skiing slopes in the French speaking part of Switzerland. We recommend checking the local forecast before going skiing. The quality of the slopes might change quickly depending on the weather.

Cross-country skiing in Ste-Croix / Les Rasses

The price to get the access to the slopes is 10CHF for the day. 

 

The main cross-country skiing is in Les Rasses. To get there, you’ll need to take a (ski-)bus up there. 

Every weekday (from Monday to Friday) between 10am and 12am and especially during the weekend (from Ste-Croix & Les Rasses), it is mandatory to call this number (+41 24.455.43.30) to book the ski bus. It is mandatory to call at least 60 minutes before you expect to leave Ste-Croix (and Les Rasses during the weekend). 

For example, if you arrive at 10.20am at the Ste-Croix with the train, they ask to call at the latest at 9.20 to book the ski bus from Ste-Croix to Les Rasses. There’ll be a 2CHF fee if you need to take the ski bus.
