MEETING POINT: 10.00 am at Lausanne’s railway station (platform 8, sector D).

Note that there will not be any discount with half fare card as 
the train tickets we get for you are cheaper than the one you would get using your half fare.

The price includes the train ticket and the ticket for the Bourru (then you can taste wine for free).

HOW TO PAY:

Once you registered online and you received the confirmation email you can pay:
- EPFL: at the ESN stand (in front of AGEPOLY) from the 29th of October to the 1st of November from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. 
- UNIL: Pay at UNIL office, Anthropole 1128.1, between 12pm and 1pm, from the 29th of October to the 1st of November.
- CHUV students : 
Pay at AEML office (08.500) between 12:10pm and 1:15 pm on Tuesday 30th of October and on Thursday 1st of November.
- HEP: 
First register through the form. Once you receive a confirmation email you can pay through e-banking using the following IBAN : CH6109000000177697131 and stating the following in the motive of payment : *Bourru*, your name and surname and the following code : HEPA18. Your registration will only be valid if you pay at least 2 days prior to the event.
*** Payment through e-banking is reserved for HEP students exclusively (any other attempt to pay through banking will not qualify as a valid registration).


Hello everyone!

If you like wine, cellars and walking in beautiful tiny villages this event is made for you! Indeed, we will bring you to a wine tasting taking place in Begnins, Luins, Vinzel and Bursins, near Nyon. This will be the opportunity for you to taste some local wines, different products and the famous ”Bourru”. The "Bourru" is new wine still in fermentation, only slightly alcoholic. It will be a great opportunity to discover the region and its exceptional cellars.

The program is quite simple; we will all meet at Lausanne train station and go to Gland. There, we will take a bus to go to Luins-Vinzel. Once we get there we will give you special glasses that you will be able to refill for free all day long (yes, this is an unlimited wine tasting). You will be free to go wherever you want, and we won’t stay all together as some of the cellars are not big enough to welcome everyone at once. But don’t worry, we will give you many information beforehand so that you won’t get lost.

COMMENT PAYER :

Une fois que vous vous êtes inscrits en ligne et que vous avez reçu le mail de confirmation, vous pouvez venir payer :
- EPFL: au stand ESN en face de l’AGEPOLY du lundi 29 octobre au jeudi 1 novembre 2018 de 12h à 13h. 
- UNIL: Paie au bureau, Anthropole 1128.1, du lundi 29 octobre au jeudi 1 novembre 2018 de 12h à 13h.
- Etudiants au CHUV : Paie au bureau de l'AEML (08.500), entre 12h10 et 13h15 le mardi 30 octobre et le jeudi 1 novembre.
- HEP : Dans un premier temps, inscrivez-vous à travers le formulaire. Sur réception du mail de confirmation vous pouvez payer par e-banking en utilisant l'IBAN suivant : CH61 0900 0000 1776 9713 1 et les informations suivantes dans le motif de paiement : Bourru, nom, prénom et enfin le code suivant : HEPA18. Votre inscription ne sera valide que si vous vous inscrivez au minimum 48h avant l'évènement.

Si vous aimez le vin, les caves authentiques et vous balader dans de charmants petits villages cet évènement est fait pour vous ! En effet, nous allons vous amener à une dégustation de vin dans les villages de Begnins, Luins, Vinzel et Bursins, tout proche de Nyon. Cela sera l’opportunité pour vous de goûter de délicieux vins et produits locaux, ainsi que le « Bourru » (vin nouveau en train de fermenter et faiblement alcoolisé). Aussi vous pourrez découvrir un peu plus la région et ses caves exceptionnelles.

Le programme est assez simple ; nous allons tous partir depuis la gare de Lausanne en direction de Gland puis nous prendrons un bus qui nous amènera jusqu’à Luins-Vinzel. Une fois sur place nous vous distribuerons des verres spéciaux qui vous permettront de goûter autant de vins que vous le voulez tout au long de la journée (tout cela gratuitement !). Vous serez libres de vous balader où vous le souhaitez. En effet, nous ne pouvons pas rester tous ensemble car certaines caves ne permettent pas d’accueillir autant de monde à la fois. Mais rassurez-vous : nous vous donnerons toutes les informations nécessaires ainsi qu’une carte des lieux afin que vous ne vous perdiez pas !
