REIMBURSEMENT INFORMATION
Dear passengers,
We come back to you regarding the reimbursement of your Titanic Lémanique tickets.
First of all, reimbursement is mandatory, even if you're planning on participating in the event in September/October! The reason behind this decision is that we haven’t yet decided on the exact date of the event. Thus, we prefer to play it safe and reimburse you all now rather than during the summer when half of the people are gone. However, you can reserve yourself a place for the autumn edition when you come to pick up your money.
Secondly, you’ll need to present your ID (or its photo). If you’re picking up the money for a friend, you’ll need to present their ID (or its photo) AND a message from them, which clearly says that they give you the permission to receive the money on their behalf. For example: “I, Emanuel Dubois, allow Jean Muller to receive the reimbursement for my Titanic Lémanique ticket.”
Thirdly, you can be reimbursed ONLY at the place where you have bought your ticket.
Lastly, please don’t miss the days mentioned below, as reimbursement over the summer will be very difficult.
