ESN EPFL | Sledding At Tzoumaz

★WHAT? Sledding in La Tzoumaz. This include the trip from Lausanne to La Tzoumaz, the rental and the resort pass.

★WHEN? Sunday, February 24th, meeting at 09:45 am and returning at 6pm

★WHERE? Meeting at EPFL, Avenue Piccard in front of the post office

★PRICE?
•55 CHF for exchange student with ESN card

•60 CHF for exchange student without ESN card or non-exchange student with ESN card

•65 CHF for non-exchange student without ESN card


Registration form will open on Tuesday at 11 am on this link:

Once you registered and received the confirmation email that you are on the list, come to the Agepoly office at EPFL on the following days between 12 and 1PM :
-Tuesday 19th
-Wednesday 20th
- Thursday 21th
-Friday 22th


★WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Pack your lunch. Bring warm and waterproof clothes, gloves and shoes (just like if you were going skiing). You should also bring a warm hat, a ski mask/sunglasses and sunscreen (the sun can be very strong high up). A helmet is also recommended, you will be able to rent one at Tzoumaz if you desire to.

★QUOI? Luge à la Tzoumaz. L'événement inclut le transport, la location et le ski-pass.

★QUAND? Le dimanche 24 février. Rendez vous à 9h45 pour le départ. Et retour prévu vers 18h

★Où? Rendez-vous fixé à l'EPFL, Avenue Piccard en face du bureau de poste.

★PRIX?
•55 CHF pour les étudiants en échange avec une carte ESN

•60 CHF pour les étudiants en échange sans carte esn ou les externe avec une carte ESN

•65 CHF pour les externes sans cartes ESN

Une fois enregistré, vous recevrez un email de confirmation vous indiquant que vous êtes sur la liste. Merci de venir au bureau de l'AGEPOLY à l'EPFL entre 12h et 13h à l'un des jours suivant pour payer:

-Jeudi 21
-Vendredi 22

★Que dois-je amener?
Amène ton pick-nique.
Porte des habits chaud et étanche et des gants (comme si tu allais au ski). Amène également un bonnet, des lunettes de ski et des chaussures de montagne . Un casque est aussi recommandé, vous aurez la possibilité d'en louer sur place si besoin.
