Dear Exchange Students,
I regret to announce that we have decided to cancel our BBQ event.
Due to the ongoing growth in covid cases, our regional government just announced strong but fair measures that are simply too strong for us to hold that kind of gathering and have sufficient control over it. The safety of everyone comes first. We hope you understand.
We will still be holding many more safer events and hope to see you there! Take care.
